Our engineers, experienced in AUTOSAR, diagnostics, and functional safety, combine deep embedded software expertise with hands-on project execution to deliver production-ready, reliable lighting control systems.

WideXP

Built to scale. Engineered to win.

Automotive lighting systems have evolved significantly over the past years. What used to be a simple illumination component has now become a complex electronic system. Modern LED headlights rely on dedicated ECUs capable of handling advanced control logic. These systems must manage real-time behaviors, diagnostics, and integration with other vehicle components. In this project, we supported the development of the ECU responsible for a Full LED Headlights platform. Our engineers worked on several layers of the embedded software architecture.

The solution was built around an AUTOSAR-based software framework. We contributed to areas such as software development, diagnostics, memory management, and system integration. At the same time, the project required strict alignment with functional safety and cybersecurity requirements. Traceability and software requirements management were also critical aspects of the development process. The objective was to create a reliable and maintainable ECU platform. The result was a production-ready solution capable of supporting advanced LED lighting functions within the vehicle architecture.

Problem

Next-generation LED headlights required a robust ECU platform capable of handling complex lighting behaviors while meeting strict AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity requirements.
