Job Description

• Participate in the development of code and relevant requirements, standards and other documentation Utilized for future software engineering requirements
• Design and develop unit tests to ensure the quality of delivered code each sprint
• Participate on a team with testers, software and hardware engineers to solve complex problems
• Participate in daily stand-ups, and mentor others on the team

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years development experience with embedded development using C
• You have experience with bootloaders, device drivers and their communications protocols
• You have extensive experience with hardware interfaces such as SPI, I2C, PWM, ADC, UART, USB and PCIe
• You have an great understanding of APIs, queues, and data structures
• You have experience with Git and Gitlab or similar
• You have experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies
• You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• You have a decent understanding of makefiles, and toolchains
• You have experience reading and working with schematic/circuit diagrams as well as vendor-provided Technical reference manuals and datasheets

Nice to Have

• Continuous Integration and unit testing frameworks
• Previous experience with RTOS
