Our team combines deep expertise, proven delivery experience, and strong business alignment to help OEMs and suppliers build safe, compliant, and trusted autonomous vehicle systems.

WideXP

Built to scale. Engineered to win.

Connected autonomous vehicles are becoming increasingly complex, and with that comes growing cybersecurity risks. What used to be isolated software modules are now part of highly interconnected systems across development, production, and operations. OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers need to secure every stage of the vehicle lifecycle while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

In this project, we supported the implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity framework for connected vehicles. Our team worked across product development, production processes, and operational procedures to ensure robust security at every layer. We focused on building secure architectures, defining organizational processes, and implementing safeguards to protect vehicle interfaces and communications.

The solution included risk analysis, structured audits, and compliance alignment to reduce vulnerabilities and accelerate homologation. At the same time, we integrated security into both workflows and technical architectures, balancing protection with operational efficiency. The objective was to create a trusted, resilient, and production-ready autonomous vehicle platform. The result was a fully secured system that enables safe and compliant operations across the vehicle lifecycle.

Problem

 Connected autonomous vehicles face growing cybersecurity risks across development, production, and operations.

 OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers struggle to implement secure produc, compliant processes, and robust architectures.

 Lack of structured risk analysis and audits can delay homologation and expose vulnerabilities.

What We Did

 • Secure Product Development: Implemented robust security across software lifecycle; protected interfaces;

 • Secure Production: Applied Threat and Risk Analysis (TARA) during software commissioning; (UN-R155 & UN-R156).

 • Secure Operations: Built organizational and process frameworks for secure operations;

 • Secure Architecture: Designed HSMs, PKI, Vehicle Key Management, and Secure Diagnostic Interfaces for strong Crypto.

 • Security Audit: Conducted audits per ISO 21434 & ISO/PAS 5112; identified vulnerabilities and ensured compliance;
